DESCRIPTION:VINTAGE TRAILER RALLY \n\n\n\nHavasu Round Up \n\n\n\nAt the Rodeo Ground \n\n\n\nSara Park \n\n\n\n7260 Sara Parkway \n\n\n\nLake Havasu City\, AZ 86406 \n\n\n\nOctober 31\, 2024 (11:00am on) to November 3 2024 (noon) \n\n\n\nAll vintage trailers\, campers\, buses\, vans\, etc come and join us at the Rodeo Grounds for a fun camp out\, $10.00 per night camping fee\, dry camping.  Showers and restrooms are available. \n\n\n\nCome join the fun!! \n\n\n\nChili feed Friday November 1\, 2024\, 6:00pm. (in large building) Bring pot of chili\, corn bread\, (or something like that) or dessert to share. Halloween Costume parade after chili feed. \n\n\n\nDogs are allowed on leash at all times. \n\n\n\nCampers only this year\, not open to the public. \n\n\n\nIn house swap meet Saturday morning in the big building. 8am to noon. \n\n\n\nFriday morning\, 8:30am\, pancake feed\, come to the big building and have a nice breakfast. \n\n\n\nPot luck November 2\, Sat. 5:00pm in the big building. (Bring your own dishes and silverware). \n\n\n\nCoffee in the morning in the group area. (big building) \n\n\n\nGames thru out the week end  \n\n\n\nFire pit each night\,  \n\n\n\nCan come from Thursday October 31\, 2024\, 11:00am on and stay until noon Sunday. \n\n\n\nCamping is $10.00 per night\, when you arrive\, Mike/Cherri and Mike/Bobbie hosts \n\n\n\nDo not need to preregister\, there is plenty of room. SUMMARY:Gathering of the Times 2024
DESCRIPTION:Our rally this year will be held at the Pine Mountain RV Resort in Pine Mountain\,\nGeorgia\, an hour and a half drive South of Atlanta. Dates are from October 31 to November 3\, 2024. It is a beautiful area with FDR State Park and Callaway Gardens right down the road.  \n\n\nHalloween is the theme and we have some great events planned! \n\n– Pumpkin carving contest\n– Halloween party (trophy for best costume) with the Kris Youmans Band\n– Trophy for best Halloween decorated trailer\n–  Bonfire party with s’mores\n– Tim Heintz presentation on the history of vintage trailers \n– Spooky movie night…..and more to come\n     \nWe have 100 full hookup sites available for our group. All sites will be first come\, first serve. There is also a selection of cabins\, yurts\, and tent sites to stay in if you do not have a camper. There are two sections to stay in. Check-in time is Thursday\, October 31 at 1:00 pm\, check-out is on Sunday\,  November 3 at 11:00 am. You are free to come earlier in the week or stay later if you wish.  You must make the reservation by phone.  \n\n\nRates: $75.00 + $6.00 tax = $81.00 per night. \n\n     \n\nA one-night deposit is due at the time of reservation. This is refundable by July 3rd\, 2024\, minus a 10% fee. The remaining non-refundable balance is due by August 3rd\, 2024 \n\n\nFill out the registration form and mail a $45 check to Pete Whitley at the time of booking. We do not accept PayPal or Venmo. The registration fee is $45 which will pay for live music\, trophies\, T-shirts\, welcome bags\, etc.  Registration fee is non-refundable after October 1st.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Tin Can Tourists 4rd. Annual Vintage Liftoff Rally. Located on Florida’s Space Coast along the shore of the Indian River Lagoon. Manatee Hammock is a shaded and quiet hammock of pines and palms. The park features a fishing pier\, pavilion and a perfect view of the Kennedy Space Center. Depending on the launch schedule we may be able to view a launch! The first night of the rally falls on Halloween Night….so be prepared. \n\n\n\nThe campground has 186 full hookup sites.November is the start of the winter season so be sure to reserve asap. First come\, first serve. Sites fill up fast\, the longer you delay reserving the less chance you will have of securing a site.You may reserve online at www.brevardfl.gov or give the campground a call and they will help you choose a site.
