SUMMARY:2024 Silver Avion Fellowship Rally
DESCRIPTION:The dates of the Silver Avion Fellowship for 2024 in Elkhart\, Indiana have been set.  We will be gathering at Elkhart Campground on beginning Thursday\, July 18 until Sunday July 21.   Official registration won’t begin until the first week of April\, but I wanted everyone to know in advance so you can plan to attend.   \n\n\n\nWe ended up this year with 28 units.  Had everyone who registered showed up we would have had 35 units.   \n\n\n\nWe hope to see old friends and new friends next year. \n\n\n\nTerry Prentkowski

SUMMARY:Silver Avion Fellowship 2022 Rally Elkhart Indiana
DESCRIPTION:PDF registration for this year’s SAF Rally\, July 21-24 at the Elkhart Campground\, in Elkhart\, Indiana.   \n\n\n\nSAF-Summer-Registration-2022Download\n\n\n\nAs mentioned in the introduction letter and application\, please try to have this back to me by July 1\, so I can finalize the number of sites with the campground.  In 2021\, we ended up with 30 units from across the country. As of right now\, we will be following the same safety guidelines as suggested by the State of Indiana and the CDC.  The cost for the Rally this year is $25 per person\, as indicated on the application.  This cost is to cover the cost of food\, activities and the rally room\, which is adjacent to our rally area.  A discounted camping fee of $40/nt (for two persons) will be payable directly to Elkhart Campground upon arrival only!  Please do not call the campground ahead of time to pay as they will not accept your payment. All sites are full hookups and will be assigned within our group area upon arrival at the request of Elkhart Campground. Once I receive your application\, I will add you to the attendee list and e-mail you a receipt.  I will also add you to a separate e-mail list of attendees\, so I can continue to send out details of this year’s rally as they unfold.  I have had a couple of people e-mail me with special requests.  I will try to accommodate these as best as possible.  I have asked the campground to block the six closest sites to the rally room for those with special needs.  Please make a note of this when you return your application and check so I can notify the campground.If you plan to arrive early or stay beyond the rally\, please indicate that on your form\, so I can give the campground a heads up.  I have had a lot of interest and have been assured by Elkhart Campground that we will be located together as a group.  Also\, please check with your friends who plan on coming this year to make sure they have received the application.  If this is your first time attending the rally\, please make a note on the application.
