===== Hello we are newbies to Tin Can Tourists and are excited to be a part of a terrific group. We have been to two of the gatherings (visiting only) in the fall at Camp Dearborn, Michigan. We have already met a lot of great people who have been very helpful with information about their own trailers and experiences. We have two teenage daughters who love to camp, but do not share the same passion as we do "yet" about these neat campers. I have loved these oldies but goodies for years and now I'm very proud to finally own my own. My husband is not as crazy about them and I believe he is just along for the ride, but every so often I see a slight glimmer in is eye when he is talking to someone about vintage campers or just looking at them. We are looking forward to many more years with this group and can't wait to be a part of the gatherings ourselves with our camper. ===== ===== 1962 Shasta Compact ===== ===== Why I love Vintage Travel Trailers: They are just so unique and cute.
