Pendleton Airstream

We’re already big fans of Airstream, an American institution that seems to find new ways to innovate their iconic silver trailers every day — from filling them with booze, renting them out for curated luxury vacations or using them as green rooms for hipster rock acts.

For this new road beauty, Airstream partnered with another American lifestyle brand, Pendleton Woolen Mills, who supply the trailer with woolen blankets, dining set, throw pillows and towels.  Each model features a screened rear sport hatch that allows for immersive views (great for picnics) and easy loading/unloading of oversized equipment (like bikes and kayaks), as well as a colorful awning inspired by the Badlands.

Inside, the 28-foot trailer sleeps up to six people. There’s a queen-size bed, stowaway dinette table, 8” deep sink, stainless steel oven, 3-burner cooktop, twin Quietstream AC units, 2 HDTVs and a Blu-ray player. Further evoking the National Parks theme, the trailer’s walls feature a map of Yellowstone, while the cabinetry is built from rustic wood. Even the floors resemble hardwood (it’s really harbor plank vinyl).

Each Airstream is individually numbered and arrives with a one-year America the Beautiful pass, allowing you entry to more than 2000 parks and recreation sites. And for every one sold, the company will donate $1,000 to the National Parks Foundation.

Once you buy this Airstream, make your travel plans by using this in-depth resource listing 37 stunning national parks you should visit before you die. Including useful tips on where to go, what to do and much more.

The current MSRP is $114,600. Even though they were just announced, an Airstream rep told us the trailers are available now at dealers nationwide.
