Can you tell us about how you got into the vintage trailer hobby?
I started out with restoring vintage camping equipment (Coleman stoves and lanterns mostly). Saw a lovingly restored Shasta Astroflyte and fell in love with the style and craftsmanship. Had the opportunity to get a great deal on a 1970 Travelux and decided to jump in.
What type of trailers have you owned and what do you have now? What is your dream vintage trailer?
Mostly newer models. Currently have an 18 foot Idea 2.0 couples trailer. My dream vintage trailer has always been an Airstream.
What do you tow with?
A 2010 Nissan Titan.
Do you attend rallies and what do you like the most about attending a rally?
I haven’t yet but would like to in the future.
Why did you decide to join the Tin Can Tourists?
Appeared to be a great community with a lot of knowledge and experience.
What are your camping plans for this year?
To travel to neighbouring provinces.
