Just received frame, it’s broken. A bubble envelope was inappropriate to mail thin plastic. Maybe between two cardboard and marked do not bend would have been a better plan. Please send another, properly packaged.

I’ve sent you a replacement (actually two) with some extras items. Good advice but we’ve shipped hundreds of license plate frames this way and this was the first that was broken in shipping. Thanks for the feedback!
