Original dinette seats used side hinges, not 4 separate cushions, to make 2nd bed. Professionally upholstered in white with red piping. Original “Princess” oven & 3 burner range works perfectly.
Original table, counters, sink & faucet & icebox.
Original canvas roll out “bunk” or storage area.
Custom made new matress, uses full size bedding.
Professionally made lined “Vintage Cowgirl” themed curtains & matching duvet.
Replaced wiring, window rubber, (windows work & are original), sub floor (black/white vinyl), added styrofoam insulation between interior & exterior.
Professionally painted red/white exterior, new tires, bearings packed.
Storage is more than many “new” trailers, including underside of full bed, (accessible inside & open from exterior the width of the trailer).
No smoking, no pets. Includes clear title, current Okla. tag. Keys for door + storage areas.
We are downsizing & won’t have a shop for storage,
I’ve truly loved the opportunity of owning it, but it’s time to “re-home” & be enjoyed. I REALIZE it’s WINTER, but the weather isn’t a variable if you’re a canned ham lover & been looking for “THE ONE”!
