Well-loved and maintained vintage travel trailer for sale by 3rd owner.
Bought for $4500 from 2nd owner in 2014. Since then I've added a new inverter, installed a "Fan-Tastic Vent"/Fan, resealed the roof, replaced 4 of 6 of the windows, added an electrical hookup for towing, re-packed the wheel bearings and more.
Kitchenette:
Recently repaired/tested water and propane hose hookups. Range functions well, with brand new pressure gauge for propane tank (tank not included). Fridge runs on 120.
General Interior:
Lights work great. New queen-size foam pad. New bench foam pads and covers, but cushion covers immediately experienced water damage from a renter. Stains are still visible, tho covers have been cleaned thoroughly since then.
General Exterior:
Last re-sealed roof 2 years ago. (Gently) power-washed this fall, resealed a few spots along the sides/seams.
Notes:
Over the past decade, "Rudi" has been lived in full-time but was mostly stationary, with just a few trips across town here and there.
Normal wear and tear, but well-maintained.

Total width x height x length is 6' x ~7' x ~14'
Throwing in my trailer tongue hand truck (brand new wheels), stabilizers/stands, random accessories, etc.
