Authentic 1956 Little Caesar travel trailer - an increasingly rare survivor from one of the most respected postwar builders. Produced between 1946–1965 by the Sokolis brothers, with just over 2,200 trailers built. Compact & lightweight. Has original layout and many period-correct features. Well suited for preservation or a thoughtful restoration.
Interior & Layout
Step-up double bed with under-bed storage, convertible dinette sleeping area, original Hansen 3-burner propane stove/oven, original icebox and sink, plus built-in closet and storage. Original stained plywood interior walls show age-appropriate wear and patina.
Equipment & Updates
Voyager 12V 20A waterproof charge controller, original whitewall tires with factory-style rims, propane tank included, electric water line ready for faucet hookup, and exterior water inlet.
Condition
Professionally re-floored in 2014 with ¾" plywood deck. No active leaks observed. Localized dry rot in a few spots will require repair and sealing. All windows and roof vent function; one stove-side window is cracked and needs replacement. Unpolished aluminum exterior retains original character. Trailer rolls and tows but is best transported by flatbed to be used as a stationary/display trailer until inspected & restored.
