Newer: water lines, gas lines, heat pump, gas heater, on-demand hot water heater, toilet, electrical panel, brakes, wheels, bearings, tires, foam for beds and upholstery, paint, wall insulation, wall paneling, waste valve.
Had to rebuilt the front half due to soft floor and then rebuilt majority or trailer as can be seen.
Dinette turns into a bed that is between a full and queen size bed.
Everything works as it should except some windows don't open. If I was keeping it I would replace the windows and the LVP flooring is showing some wear. It is not a show piece however, It is ready to be used right now.
