Beautifully restored exterior and interior in true vintage style.
Exterior surfaces fully prepped and recoated with oil based UV resistant paint. All trims and hardware replaced with new SS and aluminum materials. Windows completely disassembled, thoroughly cleaned and coated with clear. Replaced all exterior lighting with LEDs. Recoated roof with RV quality silicone roof coating.
Cleaned, inspected, and repacked wheel bearings. New shock absorbers. New tires.
Interior completely gutted and totally reconstructed using new materials and latest construction methods with the exception of the shower walls. These were preserved and repaired to maintain the vintage wallpaper. All cabinet doors repaired, stained and finished. Kitchen and dining area flat surfaces finished in Wilsonart vintage laminate. Flooring is original.
All electrical replaced with new wiring, lights, and components. 110v to 12vdc converter provides power to bathroom light, water pump, and water heater. New pump and gas water heater.
New copper lines service vintage stove/over and modern water heater. Stove/oven rebuilt to original condition with original vintage features.
