It has a bathroom with a toilet, shower and sink, and a kitchen area with a sink, oven/stove, and fridge. Brand new tires. AC, fridge, stove, and lights work.
Needs some repairs - As far as I can tell, the roof is not leaking. It is time to have it recoated though. There was a leak at one time before we owned it because there are a few small soft spots in the walls and ceiling. I think the space heater and water heater need to be serviced, but not replaced. Similar story for the fresh water pump. I think it works, but needs to be re-connected. Overall, it doesn't need much work to be fully use-able. However, there are other smaller repairs needed that wouldn't prevent someone from using it, such as a couple of windows have small cracks and a couple screens need to be replaced.
