2024 Fall Gathering Registration Procedure
Registrations are to be mailed or emailed so that they are postmarked or sent on or after July 1st, 2024. USPS First Class mail only. The registrations postmarked and received by email on that date will be placed in a box to be randomly drawn to complete the numerical roster.
If you are emailing your registration, you must use PayPal or a Credit Card for the payment, and both need to be sent the same day. Please note that there is a fee required on the registration form if you plan to use email and PayPal/Credit Card. If you opt to use a Credit Card, an invoice will be sent to you by email.
Make sure you choose a campsite that will accommodate the size of your trailer. On the website event page, we will provide all the details you will need to be able to make this selection.
We will honor as many of the site preferences as possible. If your preference has
been selected by someone else and they are earlier in the queue, we will contact you to select an available site.
You will receive a receipt confirmation by email that will include your site and Camp Dearborn will have a list of all those registered for the rally. Once you’re on the roster listed on the website event page, you will call Camp Dearborn 248-684-6000 and pay for the campsite. If you would like to request additional days of camping before or after the rally, you can make those additions during the call.
Rally Fee Refund policy: Full refund up until September 12, 2024 – refunds will not include the PayPal/Credit Card fee.
Starting August 1st – Payment for the rally will be by PayPal or Credit Card.
