Welcome to the Gathering of the Times 2023 event page! Here are some important details concerning the rally.
We have 100 full hookup sites available for our group. All sites will be first come first serve. There is also a nice selection of cabins and yurts to stay in at the campground if you don’t have vintage camper.
Please fill out the registration form and mail a check to us at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we do not accept Paypal or Venmo. The registration fee is $40 which will pay for live music, trophies, tee shirts, welcome bags, etc.
Contact the Pine Mountain RV Resort to make reservations at 706-663-4329. Check in time is Thursday, Nov. 2, at 1:00 pm, check out on Sunday, Nov. 5, at 11:00 am. You are free to come earlier in the week or stay late if you wish.

Rates: $68.00 + tax = $73.44 per night.
One day non-refundable deposit is due by July 1st, 2023
Remaining non-refundable balance is due by September 15th, 2023
