Gathering of the Times 2024

Our rally this year will be held at the Pine Mountain RV Resort in Pine Mountain, Georgia, an hour and a half drive South of Atlanta. Dates are from October 31 to November 3, 2024. It is a beautiful area with FDR State Park and Callaway Gardens right down the road.Halloween is the theme and we have some great events planned!– Pumpkin carving contest – Halloween party (trophy for best costume) with the Kris Youmans Band – Trophy for best Halloween decorated trailer – Bonfire party with s’mores – Tim Heintz presentation on the history of vintage trailers – Spooky movie night…..and more to come We have 100 full hookup sites available for our group. All sites will be first come, first serve. There is also a selection of cabins, yurts, and tent sites to stay in if you do not have a camper. There are two sections to stay in. Check-in time is Thursday, October 31 at 1:00 pm, check-out is on Sunday, November 3 at 11:00 am. You are free to come earlier in the week or stay later if you wish. You must make the reservation by phone.Rates: $75.00 + $6.00 tax = $81.00 per night.A one-night deposit is due at the time of reservation. This is refundable by July 3rd, 2024, minus a 10% fee. The remaining non-refundable balance is due by August 3rd, 2024Fill out the registration form and mail a $45 check to Pete Whitley at the time of booking. We do not accept PayPal or Venmo. The registration fee is $45 which will pay for live music, trophies, T-shirts, welcome bags, etc. Registration fee is non-refundable after October 1st.
