2020 Port Crescent “Take Over”
Dates: July 23-26, 2020
Port Crescent State Park in Port Austin Michigan
Step 1) Get you camp site using the Michigan State Park Reservation System (https://www.midnrreservations.com/) or by calling 1-800-447-2757 (1-800-44PARKS)
There is No Group Hold code so we are all going to need to act quickly – reserve your camping site on January 23rd or earlier if you plan to arrive before Thursday
Step 2) RSVP that your attending by emailing tct1919@gmail.com and let us know what campsite you ended up with – we’d like to know how many are coming for the welcome packets and coffee planning!
This is a show up and camp casual weekend and an opportunity to camp at an awesome campground with other Tin Can Tourists. The “Take Over” is a very laid back “just camping” kind of thing to encourage Port Crescent Alumni and others to camp together and see what we are all about before they join the ranks.
Terry and Michelle Bone will arrive on Wednesday or earlier and you are welcome to come camp with us. There is no rally fee, just get yourself a site and let us know your coming by sending an email to tct1919@gmail.com
The Port Crescent community has been supportive of the Tin Can Tourists and we’d like to use this event to pay that back by visiting the local community stores, restaurants and activities as much as possible. Get out and see what this city of less than a 1000 people is all about!
