Dennis and Kim Grassick hosted a mixed car show/vintage trailer rally at their charity event at the Keremeous, B.C. Rodeo Grounds, June 28-30. The event raised $28,000 for charity.
This was a first year for this event. About 30 vintage trailers, 99 cars for the show and a good amount of more modern RVs parked separately, attended. A great Rockabilly band, the Dixie Fried Hep Katz and a Creedence tribute band played, great fun.
The venue was held in the Similkameen Valley which produces much fruit and the area was full of wineries, fruit stands and orchards. Heaven! The weather was perfect, the fees reasonable, food offerings were homemade and good.
The Grassicks are going to host another Round Up in 2026.
This event originated in Maple Ridge 11 years ago and migrated to the Okanagan 5 years ago.
Kim and Dennis, along with their son Chase and family members, have raised money for many charities, their main charity is “ Make A Wish”.
Thank -Dal it was a pleasure to have you!! So happy you made the decision to come our way! We expect this event to possibly double in size for 2026 and we have secured the whole property next door to accommodate! we would love for more vintage trailers to come to the event and support and adventure around the surrounding South similkameen Valley! We have exciting news coming in the next couple weeks we will be sure to update you when we get it finalized?
