Tini-Home was a Flint, MI company. This one is 18-feet, tail to tongue. It has been in our family for 15 years and was completely rebuilt in 2011 from the floor up. It has A/C, big modern windows, an under-counter fridge, and a small fresh water tank with 12V/hand pump at the sink. Full bed in the rear, and the dinette converts to a twin. In 1959 a unique Serro Scotty 12 foot rear-door model named the Sportsman 12 was introduced. This model was manufactured for only six months as Serro began its transition from teardrops to larger trailers. This rare trailer is one of very few remaining. One is in the RV Museum. The exterior of this vintage Spartan is very original, very intact and very complete. It has riveted construction for long life and durability. Sweet Scotty highlander in red white and blue! Not restored but in very good condition. We're moving up to a longer vintage, so this one needs a new home. We've upgraded the power to 30 amp, new GFCI outlets, new cushions, covers and curtains. Added an electric in the wall heater too. We also made the screen door and had the Scotty insert made for it. New wiring to marker lights and new taillights. MANY extras will come with it! New awning, and attachable screen room. New 7x9 outdoor mat too. 2000lbs, can be pulled by many small SUV 's.
