Rebuild/ restored 1949 WESTCRAFT, 5 upper windows on clerestory/ pullman style roof completed in July 2024.
All new interior birch wood (refinished & repurposed 2 wooden upper window frames), handcrafted cabinetry, 1/4" plywood overlay on original subfloor, 110v & PEX & ABS plumbing. Rockwool insulation throughout walls & ceiling. Sheet vinyl flooring layout done as it was in 1949.
Wet bath w/ aluminum surround, separate vanity w/ sink in bedroom. Large pantry, plenty of storage including 3 large drawers under RV queen sized bed, mattress included. Underbed access through rear cargo door. Custom-made front pocket & swinging rear screen doors. Added breakfast bar to extend kitchen countertop.
Mostly original exterior with 1 large & 1 very small panel replacement. 10 original upper windows and all lower windows have new gaskets & glass.
Custom automotive paint exterior. Glass lens marker lights; some original. New axles, coupler, manual jack, propane tanks and copper lines. Includes new vintage-style awning.
This 28' trailer has NO holding tanks. Approx. 5,000 lbs.
Refurbished Sanitary 110v fridge, O'Keefe & Merritt propane 4-burner stove w/ oven. 6 gal 110v tanked water heater. 4" ducting hidden in breakfast bar cabinet to connect & store portable AC.
Transportation on buyer at their expense. Trailer has been stored indoors most of the time since its restoration.
* Overall body in great condition w/ 1 minor blemish to body on lower edge under rear cargo door.
