Many updates and improvements, while retaining its vintage 1958 appeal. See last pictures for details of all updates / improvements. Appraised at $35K in 2019. Price reduced to $25K because the upholstery on the gaucho needs to be replaced, and the hot water heater and hot water lines were removed. We found the in-camp shower facilities to be sufficient and it is easy to heat water for dishes. The collapsible dishwashing buckets are included, as are silverware, toaster, small crockpot, etc. Also included is the outdoor furniture and rugs.
