Added an A/C unit to make it a little more comfy for sleeping. Back bed is nearly a full, comes with a memory foam topper that's only been used twice.
We've only used it as additional rooming for cabin-style trips, so do not know much about the propane appliances other than the previously sellers informed us they always worked (as of 2025), and can test out whatever you'd like before scheduling a pickup.
Gross weight is between 2500 and 3000 lbs- we've been easily pulling with our RAM.
