Refurbished to original state with some upgrades. Upgrades include new tires including the spare, axles and running gears rebuilt, buddy system on bearings. Hubcaps, for the original rims. All plumbing has been replaced with PEX and shut off valves for easy winterization. All plumbing fixtures are original except for the toilet which was replaced. Electrical has been converted to 12 volts and a new converter for 110 outlets so you can charge batteries. Interior lights have been converted to 12-volt LED as well as running lights have been changed to LED. A new heater has been installed and is controlled by a thermostat. The air and water tank system is original in excellent working condition and water pressure measures 40 PS,I cushion covers were redone. This trailer was stored inside most of the time. The interior is in very good condition. The exterior has two dents but otherwise is in good condition. All original manuals, paperwork and drawn floor plan is in the trailer. This trailer has ample storage and the bathroom would be considered large.
We recently purchased this trailer and have not been able to use it so we want to sell it to someone who will enjoy the nostalgia of this trailer like we do.
