1946 SPARTAN MANOR - 25’ Trailer Coach / Manufactured by SPARTAN AIRCRAFT CO. in Tulsa Oklahoma - 1st year model / production. With Title. Very well built with original high quality Aluminum Skin. Beautiful Birch Interior throughout. This is a very nice ready to camp trailer that was carefully and tastefully Refurbished with several wonderful and useful upgrades. It now has a Wet Bath, Clean, Grey, & Black Water Tanks, Interior A/C Unit, Gas/Electric Camper Refrigerator, Gas Camper Furnace, Gas Camper Stove/Oven, Hot Water Heater, TV & Adjustable Roof Mount Antenna, Built In Wooden Couch in front by the Wrap Around Windows, Wooden Dinette that folds down into a Bed, Power Tongue Jack, and more. This wonderful trailer had lots of storage, sleeps five persons, and is a very comfortable and enjoyable unit. It even comes with a nice Electric Fireplace with a blower mode which is a good source of heat when needed.
