Untouched, all original fixtures, furnishings and Birchwood interior. Lived it's life as a lakeside Adirondack Camp under cover. This is a very cool, 26 foot, untouched original unit that is ready to set up as a camp or guest space. It has never been messed with or updated but is solid, no soft spots or major water damage. ( there is some staining, wrinkling of the paneling in the rear closet, and some discoloration on one seam in the rear bedroom. ). It was towed on existing tires 12 miles to it's current location recently but needs undercarriage work to be towable. All windows are intact and working. The moon windows in the doors need new gaskets. One jalousi window in the living room is cracked. All plumbing and wiring is original and we have not tested the plumbing. When hooked to a 12 v battery with an AC inverter, the lights work. Email with any questions or for additional photos, video tour.
