Its structurally pretty sturdy so anyone who's looking for a good camper to restore this is the one you're gonna want. I know how much they are valued at in condition and I know how much can be potentially made.. I do have a honda 1000 generator, as well as a 2 gallon hot water heater that will go with the trailer.
