RARE 37' , We have comfortably lived in this for two years and absolutely loved it! Off on a new adventure and we can't take it with us so it's ready for someone else to love. The best thing about this, is it feels more like a tiny house. It has a newer high quality king mattress in the main bedroom. It also has a room with two bunks and the couch pulls out, so it will sleep 6. It is currently in St. Augustine, FL. You can live here where it currently sits for $850/month plus electric, after purchase, upon approval of landlord. 5 minutes from old town in a secluded spot. Or you will need to move it yourself with a truck equipped for moving a 5th wheel travel trailer.
