Theme

“No Burn Zone”

The “no burn zone” is a small area that we don’t allow campfires to protect the trailers that are not resistant to sparks or embers. The area consists of Sites – 45 to 54 – these sites are restricted for trailers that have features that make them flammable. Examples are canvas tops, wood sided, etc. Sites 53-54 are held in reserve for special need attendees that might need to be close the shower/restrooms.

Here are the size limits of the sites

Sites 1-65 up to 35 foot trailer ( electric only )

Sites 66-76 up to 50 foot trailer ( full hook up )

Sites 77-81 up to 45 foot trailer ( full hook up )

Sites 82 to 91 up to 35 foot trailer ( full hook up )

Sites 92 to 102 up to a 40 foot trailer  ( full hook up )

Sites 103 to 122 up to a 32 foot trailer ( full hook up )

Sites 123,124,125 up to about a 25 foot trailer ( full hook up )

Sites 126 to 140 up to 32 foot trailer ( full hook up )

Sites 141 to 161 up to 45 foot trailer ( full hook up )

  1. Is there a specific day in February that registration opens?

  2. Not sure I completely understand the question but if your asking can you add an attendee later and they get meals – yes you can do that. We don’t allow people to order individual meals for guests. We have to have our counts to our vendors in pretty early in May.

  3. Thanks Terry. You understood the question correctly. My better half won’t know if she can make it until closer to the event.

  4. I am a member, but don’t have my camper ready yet. I would love to experience the event. Can I come for the day and walk around? If so, how would I register for the visit?

  5. Saturday from 12-3p will be the open house. The public is welcome to come and view the trailers. No registration is required, just good walking shoes!

  6. The attendee list seems to be filled. Does this mean you have no more sites available?

  7. Hi Julie – we have sites 1-161, so we list the sites that are taken. If a site number is not on the list then it is available.

  8. I’m out of town until April with no printer. I am unable to just fill in the form online meaning there’s no option to type in info when I click on it. Am I doing something wrong?
Plus I can’t copy and paste it into another app because when I select all, it unselects it all when I touch it to try and copy.

  9. Write the answers on a sheet of paper or in an email and send it to us. That is all we need, besides payment!

  11. I see the listing on this page, only says up to sites 161 with sizes, but looking at the reservation system it looks like there is sites up into the 180s+. Is TCT Only using a certain section? or is it okay to book one of those other sites? It appears those other sites are the pet friendly ones

  12. Hello, are kids allowed and do they count as a person on the registration form?

    Thanks!

  13. Hi Brian – Kids are allowed and if you’d like them to eat the catered meals, eat the breakfast snacks/drink hot cocoa and participate in activities, etc… then they need to be registered.
Any other questions, you can email me at tct1919@gmail.com – Terry Bone
