Elk Creek Get Away

I am super excited to announce that we will be gathering at the Elk Creek Campground in Grand Lake next year, 2021.Rocky Mountain National Park is just a few miles down the road, the lakes are gorgeous (and they have affordable boat rentals on site!), and there are so many shops and restaurants to discover!
The campground is absolutely beautiful, clean facilities, with spacious and private sites. As a bonus – the owners are the nicest people in the world!
FINE PRINT:
The campground will be holding sites for our group. Once that date has passed, sites will be made available to the general public.
The dates are Thursday 6/3/2021 to Monday 6/6/2021. Do not feel pressured to reserve all 4 days – we realize that is not possible for everyone – you may reserve any range of dates that works best for you. We will have a “Meet and Greet” gathering on Friday evening, and a pot luck Wah-dinger breakfast (I’ll show ya how) followed by Trailer Tours on Saturday morning. More info will be posted as we get closer to the event date.
The campground will be taking a $100 non-refundable deposit. THIS MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER MEMBER IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL. We realize that it is difficult to schedule this far in advance, and “things” happen. The campground will work very hard to make sure sites are transferred and everyone is taken care of. All reservations, cancellations, and transfers MUST go through the campground. They will do their absolute best to accommodate everyone.
If you do not have a trailer – don’t despair!!! There are tent sites and cabins available.
The wildlife was amazing in 2020 with Mama Moose and twin babies, the campground staff were incredibly helpful, and the amenities are awesome.
Mores specifics will be posted at a later date, but if you have any desire to camp in one of the most beautiful places in Colorado and see some amazing trailers, please get your reservations made ASAP.
