2021 24th Annual Gathering
May 20, 2021 @ 8:00 AM – May 23, 2021 @ 5:00 PM EDT
REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED
We are excited to be able to get back to camping with our friends. We are offering a safe camping experience for our members.
We are so looking forward to finally being able to safely gather with friends.
Please note: We won’t be adding activities to the rally. We’ve already gotten a few requests and we really want this to be mostly a camping weekend with friends. This is going to be the first large group camping event for many of us and keeping it low key and safe for everyone is important. The biggest activity for most of us will be packing enough food and cooking meals for the entire event!

“No Burn Zone”
The “no burn zone” is a small area that we don’t allow campfires to protect the trailers that are not resistant to sparks or embers. The area consists of Sites – 45 to 54 – these sites are restricted for trailers that have features that make them flammable. Examples are canvas tops, wood sided, etc. Sites 53-54 are held in reserve for special need attendees that might need to be close the shower/restrooms.
Here are the size limits of the sites
Sites 1-65 up to 35 foot trailer ( electric only )
Sites 66-76 up to 50 foot trailer ( full hook up )
Sites 77-81 up to 45 foot trailer ( full hook up )
Sites 82 to 91 up to 35 foot trailer ( full hook up )
Sites 92 to 102 up to a 40 foot trailer ( full hook up )

Looking forward to seeing everyone!
Finally, after 3 yrs, I can make it to the rally.
Finally, after 3 yrs, I can make it to the rally. But for us newbies what’s the process or first steps. Do I call the camp ground and pay the for that date or send TCT money to set it up for me.
You fill out a registration form and send in a check. You will deal with only with the TCT and the registration form will be all you will need to use.
Where is the application form? Don’t see it . . .
